A HARLOW man has been banned and fined after being found guilty of drug-driving.
Lewis Peddle, aged 33, of Willowfield, Harlow was found guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court of the following.
On 06/01/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Ford Focus, on a road, namely Willowfield, Harlow, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, namely 2.1g/L (micrograms of analyte per litre of blood), exceeded the specified limit
Peddle was fined £500.00 and banned from driving for twelve months.
