A HARLOW man has been disqualified from driving after pleading guilty to a series of traffic and drug offences.
Mark Cooper, aged 32, of Brockles Mead, Harlow, pled to the following offences at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On 30/06/2019 at Harlow, without the consent of the owner, or other lawful authority, took a conveyance, namely Vauxhall Zafira for the use of yourself or another.
On 30/06/2019 at Harlow used a motor vehicle, namely Vauxhall Zafira, on a road, or other public place, namely Ployters Road, Harlow when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risks as complied with the requirements of Part VI of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
On 30/06/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Vauxhall Zafira on a road, namely Ployters Road,, Harlow otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.
On 30/06/2019 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of cocaine a controlled drug of class A in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On 30/06/2019 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On 30/06/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Vauxhal Zafira on a road, namely Ployters Rd, Harlow, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine, in your blood, namely 800, exceeded the specified limit.
Cooper was fined £175.00.
He was disqualified from driving for twelve months.
He has to undertake 180 hours of unpaid work.
