A MAN resident in Harlow has pleaded guilty to making indecent photographs of children and contravening a sexual harm order after being convicted in 2015.
Nathan Clarke, aged 37, of Tany’s Dell, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Basildon magistrates court.
On or before 05/09/2018 at Benfleet made indecent photographs, namely 2 unique category C, of a child.
On or before 05/09/2018 at Benfleet, without reasonable excuse, did something, namely failing to retain internet history and using a device without the installation of approved monitoring software, which you were prohibited from doing by a risk of sexual harm order, made by Snaresbrook Crown Court on 24/04/2015.
On or Before 05/09/2018 at Benfleet, without reasonable excuse, did something, namely deliberately accessing online groups and message boards containing images, movies or discussions about child abuse, which you were prohibited from doing by a risk of sexual harm order, made by Snaresbrook Crown Court on 24/04/2015.
Clarke is set to return to Basildon Crown Court on January 30th, 2020.
