Harlow man found guilty of sending threatening messages to women

A HARLOW man has been found guilty of sending threatening messages to women and damaging a car.

Brendan Brytz, aged 35, of Brays Mead, Harlow was found guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court of the following.

On 23/10/2019 at Harlow without lawful excuse, damaged BMW, to the value of £600 belonging to a woman, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

On 24/10/2019 at Harlow; sent to a woman, an electronic communication, namely a text message which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom you intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated.

Brytz was made subject of a community order, had a restraining order imposed against him and was fined £440.00
