FOUR people are due in court in connection with a disturbance in North Weald.
Jamie Cullen, 32, of Blackhorse Lane, North Weald, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, affray, sending a threatening message and criminal damage and he is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 23 July.
Charlotte Brooks, 31, of Crown Drive, Romford, and Connor Didham, 26, of Lower Meadow, Harlow, are due at the same court on Monday 20 July to answer a charge of affray.
Shaun Reilly, 30, of no fixed address, has been charged with affray, assault by beating of an emergency worker and using threatening behaviour. He is also due at court on Monday 20 July.
It follows reports of a disturbance outside an address in Blackhorse Lane shortly before 9pm on Saturday 11 January.
It was reported that a woman was struck with a baseball bat and was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
