A HARLOW man has been fined for possession of pepper spray.
Mert Menekse, aged 26, of Felmongers, pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On 22/11/2019 at Epping, without the authority of the Secretary of State, had in your possession a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid, namely pepper spray
Contrary to section 5(1)(b) of and Schedule 6 to the Firearms Act 1968.
He was fined a total of £607.00
