A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty whilst driving under the influence of drugs.
Josh Nicholls, aged 27, of Arkwrights pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

On 30/12/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely BMW 1 series, on a road, namely Potter Street, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Cocaine, in your blood, namely 181 micrograms per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.
On 30/12/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, on a road, namely Potter Street, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannibinol, in your blood, namely 4.2 micrograms per litre of blood exceeded the specified limit.
Nicholls was banned from driving for a year and fined £426.00
