AN APPEAL has been made after a bicycle was stolen in Harlow Town Centre this morning (Wednesday).
It is a Carrera Hellcat Mountain Bike.
It was stolen from the bike area at Xercise for Less between 8:00-09:15 this morning.
It was locked up but it appears the thief has cut through the lock.
The owner bought it with money saved up during the summer.
It has been reported to the police but if you have information, contact us at newsdesk@yourharlow.com and we will pass it on.
