
A HARLOW man was jailed for four-and-a-half months for beating a woman in front of a child.
Kyle Eke, aged 27, of Red Willow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates to the following.
On December 12th, 2020, assaulted a woman by beating her.
On December 12th, 2020 at Harlow without lawful excuse, destroyed mirrors, chairs, doors belonging to a woman intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged
On December 12th, at Harlow drove a VW Golf motor vehicle on a road, Rivermill, Harlow while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence
On December 12th, at Harlow used a motor vehicle, namely VW Golf on a road, Rivermill, Harlow, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.
The court heard that the offences were committed in front of a child and whilst Eke was out on bail.
He was jailed for eighteen weeks and fined £128.00.
