A MAN is set to stand trial over an allegation that he threatened a Harlow shopkeeper with a knife.
Danny Neal, aged 39, has been charged with the following.
On 11/12/2020 at Harlow had with you an article, namely large bladed kitchen knife, in a public place, namely Padda’s Newsagents, Harlow, and unlawfully and intentionally threatened another person, with that article in such a way that there was an immediate risk of serious physical harm to that person
Neal has been sent for trial at Chelmsford Crown Court on January 25th, 2021.
Neal was released on conditional bail including a condition that he does not enter Harlow.
