
A HARLOW resident who was drinking and driving had neither insurance or a full driving licence a court heard.
Catalin Samoila, aged 34, of The Downs, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On November 1st on Maddox Road in Harlow drove a Silver Astra when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.
On November 1st on Maddox Road in Harlow drove a Silver Astra otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.
On November 1st on Maddox Road in Harlow drove a Silver Astra after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
Samoila was disqualified for sixteen months and fined £200.00
