Harlow woman pleads guilty to Boxing Day breach of the peace

A HARLOW woman has pleaded guilty to a Boxing Day breach of the peace.

Charlotte Cannon, aged 29, of North Grove pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

On 26/12/2020 at Harlow used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.

On 26/12/2020 at Harlow resisted PC Thompson, a constable in the execution of his duty.

On 18/02/2021 at Chelmsford failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 27th December 2020 at Harlow Police Station.

Cannon was fined a total of £220.00
