
A HARLOW resident has been jailed for a number of road traffic offences in which he has shown a “flagrant disregard for court orders”.
Mihai Vatavu, aged 25, of Ladyshot, Harlow had pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to driving without a licence, no insurance, driving whilst disqualified.
He had committed these offences on Momples Road and Ladyshot whilst being subject to a community sentence.
The original offences were drinking and driving.
August 14th, 2019: Failing to supply a breath test.
April 16th, 2020: Driving whilst over the limit.
His total sentence was five and a half months.
