TWO Harlow women have pleaded guilty to the theft and fraudulent use of another person’s bank cards.
Sarah Kettle, aged 21, of Fullers Mead, Harlow and Holly Lowles, aged 20, of Nicholls Field, Harlow had been charged with the following.
On 15/05/2018 at Harlow, stole two Bank Cards of a value unknown belonging to another.
On 15/05/2018 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely used bank card belonging to another intending to make a gain, namely purchase items, for yourself.
Both were made subject to a community order.
The defendants must comply with the following requirements by 22/11/2019: Unpaid Work Requirement:
Carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next twelve months. This work will be supervised by the responsible officer.
