A HARLOW man has been jailed after driving whilst disqualified for a third time.
Shea Kenny, aged 29, of Abbeydale Close, Church Langley pled guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On 25/05/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Black Audi, on a road namely Fifth Avenue, Harlow while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
On 25/05/2019 at Harlow used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked
Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Chelmsford Magistrates Court on 26/04/2019 by failed to attend unpaid work on 18/05/2019 and 13/05/2019, unacceptable behaviour on unpaid work group 25/05/2019.
Kenny was jailed for four months. Reasons: Offence so serious because third driving whilst disqualified. Threats made to person organising unpaid work.
Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
