ESSEX Police has charged a boy with robbery after a motorcyclist reported having his bike stolen at knifepoint in Harlow.
The 15-year-old from Harlow, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is due to appear at Chelmsford Youth Court on Friday 30 August.
It follows an incident in Water Lane at around 7pm on Tuesday 12 February.
