A HARLOW teenager has pleaded guilty to being in possession of a machete and a large knife.
The sixteen-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pled at Chelmsford magistrates court.
The charges were as follows:
On 26/06/2019 at Harlow, stole Oasis drink, to the value of £1.49, belonging to Dominos
On 26/06/2019 at Harlow had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place Staple Tye, Harlow, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a Machete.
On 25/06/2019 at Harlow, had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, Northbrooks, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a large knife.
The youth has been referred to the youth offender panel for a contract having effect for 12 months.
He was fined £149.00
