A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to fraud after using the NHS staff computer system to falsely claiming that he was working and thus claim wages.
Darren Hoare, aged 25, of Morley Grove, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
Between 28/03/2018 and 26/04/2018 at Essex committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that you had worked when you had not, by accessing the Trusts NHSP booking system using your line manager’s username and password, intending to make a gain, namely the payment of wages, for yourself.
Hoare has been committed to Chelmsford Crown Court for sentence on October 22nd.
