A MAN has been summonsed to appear at court to answer a number of assault charges.
Francis George, 56, of Carters Mead in Harlow, will attend Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on 18 December to answer two charges of assault by beating and one of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
It follows reports of a disturbance at an industrial estate on Woodside in Thornwood on 21 June this year.
