A HARLOW teenager is set to stand trial
The sixteen-year-old male, who cannot be named for legal reasons has been charged with the following.
On February 7th, 2020 at Harlow unlawfully and maliciously wounded a person.
On February 7th, 2020 at Harlow assaulted a male, thereby occasioning him, actual bodily harm
On February 20th at Harlow stole a motor vehicle, namely Piaggio Zip, of a value unknown belonging to another.
On February 20th at Harlow dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely Piaggio ZIP, of a value unknown, belonging to another by or for the benefit of yourself or dishonestly arranged so to do, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods.
The male was remanded on bail until March 6th at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
