Church Langley man faces thirteen charges of theft

A CHURCH Langley man faces trial over thirteen charges of theft.

Joe Badcock, aged 23, of Chelsea Gardens, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On 25/02/2020 and 26/02/2020 at Dunmow, stole wallet and bank cards, of a value unknown, belonging to another.

On 25/02/2020 and 26/02/2020 at Dunmow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely used a bank card belonging to another, intending to make a gain, namely food items, for yourself.

On 27/02/2020 at Dunmow, stole loose change, of a value unknown, belonging to another.

On 29/02/2020 at Dunmow, stole 2 bottles of Zara aftershave, of a value unknown, belonging to another.

Between 24/02/2020 and 24/02/2020 at Chelmsford, stole tools, to the value of 1000 GBP.

On 29/02/2020 at Dunmow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely BMWi, or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed

On 28/02/2020 and 29/02/2020 at Dunmow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely Audi, or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed.

On 04/03/2020 at Dunmow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely Ford, or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed.

On 04/03/2020 at Dunmow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely Daci, or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed.

On 29/02/2020 and 29/02/2020 at Dunmow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely Mercedes, or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed.

On 04/03/2020 at Dunmow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely KIA, or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed

On 04/03/2020 and 04/03/2020 at Dunmow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely DACIA, or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed

Between 04/03/2020 and 04/03/2020 at Dunmow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely Ford Mondeo and Ford Fiesta , or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed.

The case has been adjourned until August 26th at Colchester magistrates court.
