ESSEX Police want to speak to him after a man engaged two 12-year-old girls in a brief conversation before indecently exposing himself to them in Harlow Town Park in Park Lane, Harlow.
Officers have been continuing their enquiries into the incident, which happened at about 8.35am on Thursday 29 October.
They are now in a position to release an image of a man we want to speak to and ask anyone who recognises him to contact us.
